PR #1347 — Autonomous Growth & Marketing Engine

The Broader Goal at the End of the Previous PR

Following the model registry baseline (PR #1339), multi-agent fleet parity (PR #1308–#1310), and Sentinel guards against token bloat (PR #1334), synlynk operated with strong internal orchestration. However, external communication, promotion, documentation synchronization, and marketing remained manual or disconnected from the continuous delivery lifecycle.

Strategic Shifts in This PR (if any)

This PR activates the autonomous Growth and Promotion Engine operated by the marketing workspace agent (f2039c38-37ef-4380-ae97-9954f0f7ed36) across five external public surfaces:

  1. Per-PR Blog Post Automation & Quality Gate with strict YAML schema validation.
  2. Living Documentation & Command Reference automated synchronization.
  3. Social Announcement & Changelog Snippet Extraction (.synlynk/social_drafts.json).
  4. Automated Media Asset Generation (synlynk media generate) producing high-resolution SVG architecture flowcharts and OpenGraph cards.
  5. Telemetry & Readership Analytics feedback into goal-0c4e96ff.

What This PR Shipped

  1. Blog Frontmatter Validation & Quality Gate (synlynk/marketing.py):
    • Implemented validate_blog_post_frontmatter() to enforce YAML schema compliance across all required fields (title, author, date, pr, version, tags).
    • Integrated update_blog_index() into synlynk pr check to guarantee automated synchronization of docs/blog/README.md.
  2. Living Documentation Synchronization Hook:
    • Enhanced scripts/generate_command_docs.py to support seamless execution during synlynk instructions update.
    • Wired command documentation updates into cmd_instructions_update() in synlynk/instructions.py.
  3. Social & Changelog Snippet Extraction:
    • Implemented extract_social_changelog_snippets() to parse blog post frontmatter and body highlights, outputting structured announcement drafts to .synlynk/social_drafts.json.
  4. Media & Visual Asset Generator (synlynk/media.py):
    • Added synlynk media generate CLI command in synlynk/cli.py and synlynk/taxonomy.py.
    • Built vector SVG generators generate_svg_diagram() and generate_og_card() for high-res architecture flowcharts and 1200x630 OpenGraph cards.
  5. Comprehensive Test Coverage:
    • Added unit tests in tests/test_marketing.py and tests/test_media.py.
    • Added regression and verification tests in tests/test_agent_cli.py (test_featmarketing_implement_living_docs_sync).
