Closing the loop

synlynk now has a single remediation path from repository diagnosis to verified work. synlynk heal turns scan findings into deduplicated backlog stories, promotes ready work, dispatches it through the existing TPM and swarm paths, and records a QA verdict before any optional merge.

The companion synlynk decide --audit command convenes the configured harnesses and writes an executive brief covering modularity, AI-readiness, technical debt, and cost efficiency. This keeps strategic advice durable and reviewable in project-docs/decisions/.

Finally, the autonomous daemon mode runs bounded heal and TPM passes on a background timer and emits an SRE heartbeat. The loop is intentionally fail-closed: a failed check is visible as degraded telemetry and cannot trigger an automatic merge.
