  • Consolidated 4-Point Fleet Readiness Matrix (synlynk/readiness.py, #1521):
  • Evaluates 4 diagnostic vectors: Point 1 (Role Tokens), Point 2 (Sandbox Egress), Point 3 (Policy Authority), and Point 4 (Git Shim Integrity).
  • Formats clean ANSI table report with remediation guidance.
  • Added --readiness flag to synlynk doctor.
  • Grok Write Sandbox Fail-Closed Guard (synlynk/dispatch.py, #1522):
  • Added task_requires_write() and check_grok_sandbox_write_capability().
  • Protects against silent no-ops when sandboxes restrict file/shell writes by failing closed or auto-failing over to Codex fallback while logging GROK_WRITE_SANDBOX_DENIED sentinel alert.
  • Post-Claim Story Un-Stranding (synlynk/jobs.py, synlynk/cli.py, #1507):
  • Added reclaim_stranded_stories() detecting orphaned in_progress stories with dead worker PIDs.
  • Resets stranded stories to ready and marks abandoned jobs as failed (exit code 137).
  • Added synlynk story reclaim [--max-age <M>] [--dry-run] command.
  • SQLite Concurrency & Busy-Timeout Tuning (synlynk/__init__.py, synlynk/lineage.py, #1503):
  • Standardized PRAGMA busy_timeout = 30000; and PRAGMA synchronous = NORMAL; across all database connections in synlynk/__init__.py and synlynk/lineage.py.
  • Verified 100% lock-free execution across 12 concurrent worker threads executing 240 transactions simultaneously.

Verification & Test Evidence

21 unit and multi-threaded stress tests passing in tests/test_readiness_matrix.py, tests/test_grok_write_guard.py, tests/test_story_unstranding.py, and tests/test_sqlite_concurrency.py. Full doctor and worktree test suites pass cleanly.
